"Freedom Steps": A dance workshop with a purpose
The main premise of this all-women's dance workshop series is to promote confidence and feeling safe in your body. After each class, we sit down as a group and have a 20-30 minute discussion to debrief how we felt during the class, what dance does for us and how it relates to having agency over our bodies.
